Who we are

Just Exhale Divorce Coaching (“Just Exhale,” “we,” “us”) is a Florida-based divorce-coaching practice founded by Alisa Casella. This policy explains how we handle information collected through JustExhaleCoaching.com and related email and scheduling tools. Coaching clients receive a separate coaching agreement that explains how session information is handled.

Information we collect

• Checklist requests. When you request a free resource, we collect your first name and email address.
• Consultation bookings. When you book a Fit Consultation, our scheduling page collects your name, email address, phone number, and the answers you choose to give to a few short questions.
• Emails you send us. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
• Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically receives standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, to deliver and secure the site.

Please do not send sensitive details, such as case information, financial records, or information about your spouse or children, through our website or by email before we have agreed to work together. A free consultation does not require them.

How we use your information

• To send you the resource you requested.
• To schedule, confirm, and hold your consultation.
• To reply to your questions.
• To occasionally email you helpful resources and updates about Just Exhale. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop at any time.
• To keep the website secure and working properly, and to meet legal obligations.

Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use advertising cookies, social-media tracking pixels, or third-party analytics tools on this website. To submit forms securely, the site stores a temporary access key in your browser’s storage; it does not identify you and expires on its own. Our hosting provider may also use strictly necessary cookies for security and site performance.

If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy first and, where required, ask for your consent.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the practice:

• Wix — website hosting, form submissions, contact records, and email delivery (Wix Privacy Policy).
• Google — consultation scheduling and email (Google Privacy Policy).

We may also disclose information if required by law, such as in response to a valid subpoena or court order, or when needed to protect someone’s safety.

How long we keep it

We keep resource-request and consultation information for as long as it is useful for staying in touch, or until you ask us to delete it. We keep business records as long as the law requires.

How we protect it

We use reputable providers, secure (HTTPS) connections, and limited account access. No online system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your choices

You may ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you emails. Email breathe@justexhalecoaching.com with the subject “Privacy request,” and we will respond within 30 days.

Who this site is for

Our services are designed for adults. This website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practice grows. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Significant changes will be shown on this page.
